1. Please make note of the Item SKU you’d like to order.
2. In Gestop, order Model 337000 (TRUE BLUE CUSTOM PLANO), with Barcode 104126115.
3. In the Comment or Patient Reference section, please enter in the Item SKU from the TrueBlue website along with the patient’s name (if applicable).

Please note:

• Any frame ordered will be provided with the TrueBlue Vista Pro lens.
• Estimated product delivery time from order placement will be approximately seven business days.
